This product will work. Although, it's a little rough when you first start taking it. Today is day 2 and I feel very shaky, with a slight headache, but I presume that is from all of the caffeine. I took 2 pills before my meal, so maybe I will go down to 1...but with the amount of times it causes you to use the bathroom and the fullness I feel right now, I can see how it will help you lose weight. This is a pill to be careful with, but I would say it will def. work!

I have used Zantrex-3, and while it does not melt my fat away, it does suppress my appetite and give me tons of energy. The first time I took it, I took 2 pills as recommended and I was a HOT MESS. I was nervous, jittery, thirsty, and all over the place. Since that first time I now take only one pill before lunch. I find that taking it before lunch gives me all the energy that I need to make it through the rest of my day. By 5:30, I still have energy leftover, and I go to the gym and burn it off. Also, I am a major night-time snacker. I usually get a severe case of the munchies about 9 or 10 at night. By taking the Zantrex-3 in the afternoon, I've noticed the snacking has been curbed. Basically I only take one pill a day which is more economical to me; and I'm not a HOT MESS anymore:)

I am on my 4th day of taking the pills and it has given me the energy boost I need to workout and supresses my appetite. I usually only take 2 pills before lunch, but sometimes I'll take another 2 before I work out. I do not expect this product to make me lose weight, I am using it to give me the energy to have a great workout. I use to feel tired about half way through my 30 min cardio routine, but now I can make it all the way through without wanting to quit. I also use to be hungry after my workouts but now I only eat a small dinner. I have had no problem sleeping at night, even when I take 4 pills instead of just 2. This pill may have negative side effects for some people, everyone's body is different, but I have not had any.

I started taking zantrex 3 about a week ago and my first day was the worst, i took two before my lunch and i felt fine before my lunch and after eating. About an hour later the effects hit me, i had a really bad headache, my eyes were aching and my heart was beating really fast, i was scared and just wanted to get them out of my system. The next time at dinner i only took one this time and i still experienced a slight headache but nothing as bad as before! I have persisted with them for a week and i have got used to them apart from the occasional light headache (which i think is caused by the caffeine as i never drank coffee before!!) I will update with the weight loss, i have not weighed myself yet but i feel lighter! :-)

My aunt used this product for the short period of 2 weeks with seamingly impressive results, until yesterday. She was taking 2 pills in the morning and 1 before lunch. Her immediat side effects are unknown at the moment because she is currently in the hospital due to Zantrex. She had a grand-mal seizure for the first time in her life. There is no doubt in her Doctors mind that these diet pills are the cause. Anyone who takes Zantrex should consult a physician to make sure your body can handle the extreme amounts of caffine that causes many severe side effects and medical concerns. I will definately spread the word that this is a highly dangerous and possibly life threatening drug.

I ordered Zantrex 3 off the internet. I'm 18 years old, 5"4 and weigh 57 kilos (125 lbs). The first day I got them I was so excited.. I took 2 pills in the morning and went to class. About half an hour into my maths test, my heart was BURNING and I was shaking uncontrollably. I got sent outside and couldn't finish my test. I couldn't concentrate on anything. Afterwards I felt slightly better but nauseous. I tried to eat a salad and was physically unable to. I was full on a piece of cucumber. It felt awesome! I also had heaps of energy and walked way faster than usual and was motivated to go for a run. This product did make me feel sick, but it works well as an appetite supressor. I will continue to use it.

I took ephedra based pills in 1999, and this kind of makes me feel the same way. I am jittery, but this is the only way I know something to be working. I can deal with it. I'm down 3 pounds the first week. And just to note...I did buy this in [].

I just started using this product yesterday, and I took two pills to start. My energy level was extremely high, and I had major jitters. I felt pretty good, besides the jitters. This morning, I took another two pills before breakfast. I didn't have the jitters as bad as last night, but I did feel a bit nauseous. The other effect I felt was my leg and arm muscles felt stiff and heavy. NOt sure if anyone else has experienced the muslce feeling, but it's not the most comfortable.

I started taking this product about a week ago and it did give me a slight boost but not in the way everyone else is experiencing. I am also very large and my metabolisim may be weaker. It seems to take a while to kick in and I have found the key to it is drinking the full glass of water recomended. I have been eating the same and not exercising and am supprized to say I have dropped 3 pounds. So far so good the only problem I had was one day I did take more than two pills and wasn't thinking and had a [] energy drink later that night and it took a toll. I couldn't sleep and felt all "ringy" like when I used to stay up all night drinking coffee with my friends and then got sick from all the caffine. I would say start slow and don't try to over do it.

I've been trying to diet for years now, I went down by a lot for a good amount of time but upon entering college, I put on 8 pounds. I decided to give Zantrex a try in the hopes of losing all this extra fat. Yesterday was my first day on Zantrex, I took 1 pill at 10:30 after breakfast, within the first hr, I felt jittery and slightly strange, after that I became very energetic, hit the gym and was on eliptical for 45 mins which is unusual for me. All in all, it did not give me any discomfort, all it gave me was that jittery feeling and loss of appetite, no headache or severe stomach ache like others have complained about. In the evening, it sort of helped me focus on my study too. I'm liking the effect so far and will keep this updated.

I am 16 years old, I'm 5'3 and I weigh 105 pounds. I know I don't need to lose weight, but I want to get my abs flatter. The first day taking the pill I took four, and I was EXTREMELY hyper. The next few days, I felt kinda strange. I have been taking anywhere from 1-5 pills daily for the past 3 weeks now, and I'm not losing any weight. I have had itching "fits" and sleeplessness often. Whenever I don't take the pill, I seem to get really tired. I also seem to get in really strange moods sometimes where I blurt out random stuff. This stuff is great, I like it, I'm just afraid it is harming my body.

Well i have been debating if or if not i would use the product because of the negative reviews. yesterday evening was the first time i tried it. i dint get all of the racing heartbeat and other symptoms people complain about. the only thing i really felt that made me uncomfortable was my stomach aches. i felt like i was going to throw up. but i took some tums for it and i think it was just me getting use to the medication. i will continue to take it and hopefully i will loose weight. all in all it is a good product i believe.

I have noticed something after reading several reviews, people arent reading the directions. my bottle of Zantrex specifically says on the label begin taking 1 pill so that your body will get used to it and then increase to the dosage of 2 pills per day. I take 1 pill at 12:00 at 12:15 I eat. The first day no side effects until 6pm, stomach cramping badly and i had heartburn and a little trouble sleeping. That was the first day. Since then I have not had any side effects, i'm wondering if its working : ) but i feel good, my energy has increased and i sleep through the night. I will update this post because i plan to increase my dosage starting monday. i will take one pill in the morning, eat breakfast and then take a pill at 12 and eat lunch. I will not take 2 pills at once it seems the people who have done that have had all sorts of problems.

I was on the product for two months last year. I lost about 25 to 30 pounds on Zantrex. However, I also experienced severe headaches, broke out into hives, clinical depression, and even had to call the ambulence on occassion because it felt I was going to get a heart-attack. I developed kidney infections afterwards which are still with me to this day, over a year later. But HEY, it works...so there you go.

I started this product yesterday and took two pills in the morning. I shouldn't have done that. Made me a little gittery and a little nausea and heartburn. But, I did gain some energy - it got me cleaning my house. Which - I normally let my husband do. lol. Then I decided to only take one before lunch. I was still wired for sound - but my hunger was gone - which was what I wanted. I also took one before dinner. Felt a little weird for the rest of the night. I also had issues with my sleep. Like I was going from awake to sleep often. I was wired. Day two - I took only one this morning and one before lunch. So, far I am doing good. Still a little heart burn. No jitters. I also got on the scale and notice a couple pounds loss already!!

I've been taking this for about a week, on and off. This stuff is surprisingly powerful & I had to work out the side effects before taking it consistently. I took ephedrine for years, but zantrex is strangely stronger. The recommended dose is way too high for me, and I am experiencing strange side effects like depression, "the poops", and muscle pain— (I feel like I've been trampled by a horse) in addition to the usual fare of headaches, jitters, etc. I feel optimistic that this stuff is going to work... but I wouldn't recommend to anyone but hardcore sadistic dieters... like myself. :)
