I used Zantrex-3 for less than a week, and lost about 10 lbs. I hit a plateau though, and gave up because the side effects weren't worth it. I was jittery and tired at the same time, and I couldn't walk around without getting short of breath. I'm planning on not using it anymore, especially since I've already gained back 3lbs after cutting down the dosage from 4 pills to 2 a day.

I tried it, followed the directions and felt like crap afterwards. Everything I ate went right through me and my stomach felt unsettled all day. Also, I noticed light-headedness, dizziness, depression, and mood swings that I wasn't sure were associated with the product. Nothing in my life had changed except the Zantrex, so I stopped to see if the effects would stop. Lo, they did. Unconvinced, I started and stopped again, and so on several times and the same thing happened. Eventually, I gave up on the pills and bought a bike and a girdle for the meantime. Zantrex made me feel like crap, so I quit. I didn't lose any weight, but I also didn't use it for long. Perhaps if I had, it would have worked for me, but I couldn't deal with the side effects.

When you try a diet pill that has read up on its props and cons beforehand. Always. It's day two, and I'm not jittery like others have told - But there are really bad aches. I mean serious throbbing headaches that last for hours. This didn't occur day one mostly because I took only 1 pill before lunch, and 1 before dinner. Day two I took 2 before lunch/dinner. Apparently that was too much for my system. Start small, if you don't see an effect - then take one more, don't dive in and take 6 a day. You could seriously effect your body or mind. Pros, it seems to work I have lots of energy. Cons are I'm constantly thirsty, headaches, stomachaches, I get energy highs then lows. There are a lot more cons than pros, but if it helps you lose weight - it's worth it.

Aloha! I've been using Zantrex 3 for the second day now. I usually start work in the morning, so i take 2 pills @ around 9:00 am, and eat a turkey sandwich at 9:15am. Im telling you, It really curbs my appetite for the entire day! I dont get the urge to eat anything else wile at work, and i have an office job. i sit down all day, and thats the kind of job that you munch on things all day! But i dont get cravings for food at all. I get home about 8 1/2 hours later after work, and do a workout. I do feel the energy boost, and still have the push to workout, even after work. Not sure if i lost weight yet, because i forgot to weigh myself when i started! Ill keep you updated...

I've tried a couple different diet pills and decided to try this after hearing about so many people using it. A couple years ago after gaining 20 lbs my junior year of high school, I got Xenadrine EFX and went to the gym for 3 hours a day, everyday, and lost about 30. Then I bought Xenadrine 8-hour Energy thinking it would work the same. No luck. Now, a couple years later I decided to try this and I can honestly say that I hated it. The first two days I took two pills in the morning and then 1 in the afternoon. The jittery feeling felt different than from the EFX...like jittery nausea but not too bad. By the third day, I felt like passing out for the majority of the day. This does not bode well at an office job, where computer screens and vicious nausea do not mix. If I could return it I would. Awful.

I bought this product to lose the last 10 pounds I gained after having my baby. The effect it had on me was horrible. I couldn't sleep at night, but that is to be expected since the product is supposed to boost energy. But the worst part was the nausea and "feeling sick" that would not go away.As soon as i stopped taking it all these symptoms went away.I do not recommend this product.

I started taking Zantrex-3 4 days ago and have had mixed results. In the 4 days, I lost 4 1/2 pounds. I took 2 caps before breakfast and 2 caps before lunch. The first 2 days I found that I was peeing a lot, but no nervousness, no jitteriness & my heart rate was within normal. On the 3rd and 4th day however, I had A LOT of nausea and a genral feeling that I was not well. The 4th day, I only took 2 with breakfast and about an hour later, the nause came back. I'm going to try cutting it down to 1 cap with breakfast and lunch to see how that works. If not, I'll have to learn to love me the way I am.

I 24 y.o.,healthy have 2 kids and simply wanted to get some help losing all "extra" I gained. I am 190 pounds and my normal is 170, I just have good muscle and heavy bones. So I simply wanted to lose 20 pounds.I followed the instructions + low-calorie diet + gym(2-3 times a week) which I normally do. I did not take the full dose and I still felt pretty bad...headaches and dizziness, although it did give me tons of staminna during the workout once! But it is not worth that! I haven't lost anything and even felt like I was bloated all the time. After i stopped taking it I had some emotional problems...couldn't stop crying one evening then yelled at everybody without any reason. Making the long story short...with all my healthy style living following the instructions having not much of the side affects I would not recommend this product. p.s. This review is real.

Today was my first day. I bought Zantrex 3 because I needed energy. I had been sleeping in the middle of the day , I was wore out by 2 in afternoon,I needed something, or so i felt.I didnt mind if it was going to help me lose weight either...I could lose about 20lbs.Anyhow, I took 2 about 12:30 before lunch. I did not eat a large lunch either. I didn't like the way I felt. I was nauseated and broke into a sweat. I am a smoker and maybe that played a role in it. I could tell that it gave me energy, but because of the nausea, I just wanted to lay down, which is a weird combination. I finally slept for about 30 minutes and when I woke I was fine. It did supress my appetite a bit, but that didnt last for long. I will continue, maybe not take 2 or maybe not smoke right afterwards.

I work very long hours and needed something to give me the extra energry to work out. So far, it's no different from having a cappachino with two expresso shots (perhaps it's because I thrive on coffee in the daytime. I am 5'11 and 136lbs, I just need to lose the 10lbs I gained from summer. Ill keep you posted

I tried this product after months of frustration of losing 5 pounds in a month, hoping this would speed things up a bit.It did give me a bit of energy, but it also upset my stomach, giving me stabbing pains and the runs.In the long run I suffered through 2 bottles until I realized it did the same thing as the number of over the counter diet pills...."nothing", its all in our heads, we have to eat right and exercise to lose and keep it off!!! psychologically we think pills do the trick but its all in the diet and excercise regim.I found that the nbest weightloss I have had yet is following the south beach diet!!! it works great I have lost almost 15 pounds in the month.Give it a try, throw out dietpills.

I tried this product and I was so itchy I couldn't stand it. The itching didn't continue but lasted a good half hour or so. I also felt very hot, which was uncomfortable. It did give me a lot of energy but I didn't notice much weight loss with the product. The Niacin in the product also made me flush heavily at first. Overall the side effects were so annoying, especially the itching, that I discontinued use.

Last Summer 2006 I wanted to be bikini ready and decided to get help with Zantrex 3. I went on a low carb diet and ran for 2 miles everyday in addition to taking 2 Zantrex 3 pills daily. I lost 15 pounds in two weeks and I felt miserable. I could not sleep a wink at night, had cold sweats all day at work, my heart rapidly beat, and I was really mean to my boyfriend. The pill is a little scary and you really should not be able to lose weight that fast, but if you want those kind of results it works. I have some great Summer pics and my stomach looks so good and 6 pack defined. Although, now I weigh 144 lbs and I am going to go through another crash diet. I will try to keep you updated through my progress. I just took two pills about 30 minutes ago and I already feel dizzy. Why do I do this to my body????

Today is the second week I am taking this product. No problems so far. None except I dont know how to spend all this energy.LOL. The directions are meant for maximum dosage. Its better to start at a lower dosage and work ur way up depending on how ur body's taking it.

i'm @ the end of my 2nd bottle of this product. it does give me a good energy boost to sustain my work outs, i haven't noticed anything extraordinary about zantrex3. compared to ephedra based products it works alot slower for noticeable results and you have to take twice as much. all in all it doesn't do anything for me that i could'nt do on my own without it :(

I started using zantrex-3 2 days ago and was a little iffy because of all the negative reviews i read. However I decided that everyone is different and i need to see for myself. I took my first pill 15 minutes before my work out and to my astonishment i got through my entire work out without wanting to give up once. My energy was kicked so far into high gear that i felt amazing afterwards. This product is not so bad try and see for yourself!! The other upside to this product is if your like me and a compulsive overeater its completely curbs your want to snack and eat food just because your bored. Good luck to all who has had had the same positive effects as me. Remeber though a diet pill can help you lose weight but its loving yourself and staying positive that will give you the results you really want.

I started using Zantrex 3 yesterday and I felt light headed and nautious all day. Towards the end of the day I had a slight headache and I couldn't go to sleep until 4am. Sad thing is...I woke up around 7am and havent' been able to go back to sleep since. I actually considered stopping my use but I'm going to keep at it to see if I get used to the extra caffeine. I weighed myself today and I've lost a pound. It is an appetite suppressant b/c I didn't eat today until 5pm. And I didn't take any pills this morning. I agree with those who say that it cause's you to become extremely thirsty b/c I'm pretty sure I drank over a gallon of water within the one day.
