Well i have been debating if or if not i would use the product because of the negative reviews. yesterday evening was the first time i tried it. i dint get all of the racing heartbeat and other symptoms people complain about. the only thing i really felt that made me uncomfortable was my stomach aches. i felt like i was going to throw up. but i took some tums for it and i think it was just me getting use to the medication. i will continue to take it and hopefully i will loose weight. all in all it is a good product i believe.

I have noticed something after reading several reviews, people arent reading the directions. my bottle of Zantrex specifically says on the label begin taking 1 pill so that your body will get used to it and then increase to the dosage of 2 pills per day. I take 1 pill at 12:00 at 12:15 I eat. The first day no side effects until 6pm, stomach cramping badly and i had heartburn and a little trouble sleeping. That was the first day. Since then I have not had any side effects, i'm wondering if its working : ) but i feel good, my energy has increased and i sleep through the night. I will update this post because i plan to increase my dosage starting monday. i will take one pill in the morning, eat breakfast and then take a pill at 12 and eat lunch. I will not take 2 pills at once it seems the people who have done that have had all sorts of problems.

I was on the product for two months last year. I lost about 25 to 30 pounds on Zantrex. However, I also experienced severe headaches, broke out into hives, clinical depression, and even had to call the ambulence on occassion because it felt I was going to get a heart-attack. I developed kidney infections afterwards which are still with me to this day, over a year later. But HEY, it works...so there you go.

I started this product yesterday and took two pills in the morning. I shouldn't have done that. Made me a little gittery and a little nausea and heartburn. But, I did gain some energy - it got me cleaning my house. Which - I normally let my husband do. lol. Then I decided to only take one before lunch. I was still wired for sound - but my hunger was gone - which was what I wanted. I also took one before dinner. Felt a little weird for the rest of the night. I also had issues with my sleep. Like I was going from awake to sleep often. I was wired. Day two - I took only one this morning and one before lunch. So, far I am doing good. Still a little heart burn. No jitters. I also got on the scale and notice a couple pounds loss already!!

I've been taking this for about a week, on and off. This stuff is surprisingly powerful & I had to work out the side effects before taking it consistently. I took ephedrine for years, but zantrex is strangely stronger. The recommended dose is way too high for me, and I am experiencing strange side effects like depression, "the poops", and muscle pain— (I feel like I've been trampled by a horse) in addition to the usual fare of headaches, jitters, etc. I feel optimistic that this stuff is going to work... but I wouldn't recommend to anyone but hardcore sadistic dieters... like myself. :)

I started taking Zantrex on Saturday and although i have lost about 5 pounds already i have had a permanent headache and thrown up at least once everyday. I feel constantly sick and have decided to stop taking the pills. I haven't noticed any change in my energy levels.

Tried Zantrex for the first time a few days ago and I've already lost a few pounds. I do have a heart condition but this doesn't seem to effect me....maybe a few jitters here and there. I agree with others that it does cause heartburn but so does coffee, normally. I'm not as thirsty as others have commented but I notice that I am sweating more. If I continue to lose weight as fast as I am now then I will discontinue use.

this product is crazy. if i only take one pill a day im fine...but its when i take two pills that i feel nausuas. i dont feel that jittery but it does give me more energy than i normally have. im a college student so i sleep alot! and this pill gives me energy and i have actually done beter in school! i took it last summer and it does make you really thirsty...so thirsty that i actually overdoesed on water! lol

I am 20 years old and weigh 190 so I am really over weight...I have a 2year old so I cant really use the pregnacy as an excuse anymore! I have been taking zantrex for 4 days now I started taking one the first 2 days and now 2 a day at the same time...I lost 2 pounds already but I feel so sleepy! I dont really have any energy at all..I also feel a little sick but It seems to be working also so I am confused I am going to stick it out for awhile and give it a try!

I am 21 years of age and I am easing my way into trying Zantrex 3. That is that I am only taking one a day and just seeing how it will affect me. I don't get hyper, or the jitters, the pill makes me feel like I should excerise. The first day I took it I went for a 3 hour hike. It gives me tons of energy throughout the day and its a great change. I don't know if I will do 2 pills a day later on because right now this is really working for me. :0)

I was wondering if anyone had the same symptoms as me. I took Zantrex3 and Relacore together thinking that I would loose the weight faster (I read this in a magasine). But what it gave me was a trip to the hospital. Blurry vision, heart palpitation out of this world and tinggly feeling all over. I thought my head was going to explode. I also take Effexor for depression and I think that all these pills together was the problem until I took only ONE pill of Zantrex 4 hours after taking my Effexor and got the same symptoms (a little less as before since I only took one pill) but just the same, got this feeling that my head was going to explode. These symptoms happened 9 hours after I took the Zantrex. A little baffled.

In 2005, I picked up a bottle of Zantrex-3. I didn't use diet supplements to lose weight, but I really needed something to give me extra energy during my daily runs. Within weeks, I went from 140 to 125lbs! I stopped using Zantrex-3 in hopes to conceive baby#2 and sadly, gained 58lbs during the pregnancy. After delivering, nothing seemed to work to shed those last 15lbs. Began using Zantrex-3 for the second time, I weighed in at 140lbs. By week one, I was 138lbs, week 2 I was 134lbs, and most recently, ending week 3, I weigh 129lbs! I can say is that this product has been the only one to work for me! I recommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight fast. Thia product doesn't make you jittery or nervous. I used Zantrex3 and lost 34lbs in about 3 months. Even though it worked, I would NOT recommend this product.I would get hives if I took it on an empty stomach, flushing from the niacin, sometimes it felt like I had a rock in my stomach and I'd get indigestion. Then, I started getting heart palpitations ~ just getting up too fast would make my heart thud uncomfortably. I started noticing that I wasn't able to focus, always feeling kinda out of it. I stopped Zantrex3 the morning I was on my way to work and thought I was going to have to call 911 ~ I honestly thought I was having a heart attack! When I got to work & took my blood pressure/pulse (I'm a nurse), my BP - which is usually 90/60, was 138/98 and my pulse was 116! I used to take ephedra (TwinLab's Metabolift) and I never experienced anything like that. Definitely NOT worth it, guys.

I started taking this product about 4 days ago and I must say i have more energy then ever. The 1st 30 minutes after taking this product are the hardest, loss of concentration is my biggest problem, second is the nician flush. I have had no weight loss yet but keeping my fingers crossed. I say be careful with this product its kinda harsh. You will want to run and run after its in your system. Good luck and stay healthy

UPDATE: Ok, so in one week, I lost 7 pounds!!!!! I love it. I only take it twice a day, one in the morning, one at about 4:30pm. It doesnt keep me up or anyhting. I must say it makes you really thisty so keep a gallon of water with you. I also must add someone had said that it made them have bad breath, well i think the same for me, my boyfriend tells me my breath sometimes smells like a penny. but I just keep a pack of winterfresh and I'm good to go!!!

I'm just taking one pill instead of two though. Two puts me way over the edge. I have tones of energy. It really helps out for the visits to the gym. Also I have very little urge to eat. But I heard about Zantrex-3, so i read about it. So, I went and got me a bottle, and followed directions to the tee! I only took one, 20 minutes before i ate my 6inch subway club this was at 4:30pm, let me tell you the energy was wonderful, i had no headaches, no stomach pains, no itching, no red face, no nothing. What i DID have was, no appetite :-) I mean I didnt even have the desire to eat anything else, and a lot of energy!!! it had no effect on my sleep. This morning I took another one before I ate my oatmeal, and I feel FANTASTIC! It makes me feel good, I'm happy, energetic, i'm actually IN TO MY JOB!

I would never suggest taking the full amount on the first day as it might not be right for you. I use to take one in the morning and one before lunch and didnt feel so bad and decided to try two together big mistake. The next day i took only one and still having the nausuea and anxiousness but i feel safer taking one as oppose to the full dose. I have noticed weight loss as my clothes are looser but i would not recommend this to anyone. I have no energy and i am depressed. I am trying to hang in there thou to see if i can lose more weight. It all comes down to being fat or slim and depressed. I will only take this one bottle and then hopefully find some heathier way to do this. As everyone says, Drink Water and Eat after taking this pill!!! Cant't stress that enough.

Do not use this product. It's worthless. The main ingredient is caffeine. Coffee is cheaper. Not to mention one pill is like drinking 3 or 4 cups of coffee. I bought a bottle and tried it out. I didn't feel different, i didn't look different, i didn't lose anything, i actually gained from it. When i stopped taking them, i went through immense caffeine withdrawal. The worst headaches i have ever experienced. I get migraines alot and the headaches were alot worse than my migraines. Then my head would hurt so bad that I got sick to my stomach. The only thing that made it better was coffee, or sometimes chocolate, sugary sweets...and i gained weight. so again, do not take this product.
