It so works! i agree.. it does irritate the stomach, but it gives people so much energy. the first night i took it, i could not sleep. But then my body got use to it. in a month i lost 10 pds. i realized everything i ate..it digested super speed and i felt hungry again..with zantr i can eat all i want and not worry abt gaining weight..i have tried trimspa and other green tea pills to lose weight and nothin has worked miracles as zantr has.i love it!

I used this product twice first time I used it for 2 months and lost 20 pounds second time I used if for 1 month with absolutely no results. The side effects of this product were extreme irritability and severe headaches when I wasn't taking it. I would also recomend to anyone trying this product to only take 1 in the morning before breakfast and 1 in the afternoon before lunch. Taking the full amount gave me a very jittery feeling and tingling in my stomach.

i have been taking zantrex 3 for 5 days now... just like it said on the bottle, 15 miutes before a meal but all thats happened are bad side effects such as restlesness headahces stomachaches depression and i cant fall asleep... my average nightly sleep is about 2 hours if i get lucky... be very careful with this pill

After using Zantrex3 just over a year ago for about 6 weeks i have just ordered some more. I lost the weight before my wedding and looked amazing. Yes i had the side affects but the good deffinately outdid the bad. I had the energy and motivation to go to the gym even after a 12 hour shift. Ihavn't put all the weight back on just a little and i put that down to me being lazy, i dont have the energy to go to the gym. I tried another pill a few months ago and saw no results whats so ever and instead of suppresing my appitite it seem to make it larger. Icant wait to receive my next bottle of zantrex3.

i started this product 2day @ 11am (almost 12hours ago now) & i took 1 pill with 10 ounces of water & i fell asleep 20 mins later (doesn't this pill have caffine?). Whilst sleepin I could feel my stomach fillin with gas & felt hungry(?!). i ate around 1hr afta takin da pill (was 2 tired 2 eat afta pill). During my day i had a dry mouth & slight foamin @ the corners of my mouth. symptoms went once i drank water. I didn't feel energised. I ate again at 6pm and fell asleep AGAIN. I was very upset b/ i felt as if i wasted my money but i just realised i ate twice & small amounts! i didn't even notice. But i'm still confused as 2 y i kept sleepin! I'm also scared 2 take 2 pills in the morning as it could mean double trouble p.s. takin 6 servings of a pill that has no definition of how much ingredients it contains is suicide.

You have to be hydrated. I've been using Zantrex-3 (not daily) for a couple of years. I originally purchased it to use for weight loss, but quickly realized it was better as an energy supplement when going out drinking. I only take 1 for a boost and love it b/c you'll never get a hangover from drinking! Each person is different... Most of the negative reviews on here are symtomatic of dehydration. I don't remember the exact statistic, but the majority of American adults are severly dehydrated. You MUST drink lots of water when taking this (or any similar product) and don't take in additional caffeine (coffee, sodas, etc).

I'm am really shaky and jittery but besides that, all is well. I have had virtually no appetite at all and when I went to work today my energy levels were higher than ever! I began to take Zantrex-3 to lose weight about seven months ago. The recommend dose is to take two in the morning and two in the afternoon. I began by taking one because the huge pills were hard to swallow. The one pill made me nauseous and unable to eat for three days! This may sound like a good thing but not if you have to go to work or care on a normal life. I tried them again about two weeks later to make sure and the same thing happened. I however did not lose any weight because after three days when my appetite came back I ate everything in sight! Desired results, increased energy, remarkable weight loss... I think not!

I bought the Zantrex 3 about a year ago. I quit taking it and couldn't remember why, today I tried it again. It all came back to me...I felt fine all day energized not hungry. About 5 o'clock I started feeling tired but restless and nauseated. I feel as if I need to eat something to make me feel better. I have a splitting headache and am shaky. Never again will I use this product.

I started taking Zantrex-3 a couple of weeks ago in a effort to lose 5-6 pounds before my wedding in July. I began noticing bouts of depression, acid reflux, nausea and headaches. I was familiar with the ingredients in the product and I was prepared for the "flush" from the vitamin B and the potential palpitations from the caffeine. I obviously limited my additional caffeine intake. I originally started taking two capsules, then increased the dosage to four daily. Today I took two before lunch, and it really through me for a loop. Within one hour I noticed a marked dip in my state of mind. Deep, dark depression. I decided to do an internet search linking depression with Zantrex-3, & bam!! There it was. So many posts discussing all of the symptoms I have been having. Very, very dangerous product! It goes to show you that there are no such things as "quick fixes". Diet and exercise is the answer!

I was shaking, extremely nauseous, increasingly upset stomach, feeling cold for the rest of the day during summer time. I threw away nearly-filled Zantrex-3 bottle, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for everyone not just people with sensitive stomach

This product is not worth it. SERIOUSLY, diet and exercise is the way to go. After taking this product, i felt like i ws going to puke. THe feeling would not go away. Thinking that it would give me some extra energy at the gym, this pill has actually slowed me down. And I only started off with 1 tablet. Do not buy this product.

I have been taking Zantrax 3 on and off for about a month now.The first day I took the pill I felt has if I was having a heart attack. I felt EXTREMELY naseous, my head was pounding, and my heart was palpitating at an alarming rate.I stopped taking the product about 2 weeks after continuous use because I had been feeling really sick due to the pill and because I had started to menustrate.I had lost close to 15 pounds with this pill.But I regained those 15 pounds in one week after stopping usage.I started taking the pill two days ago and side effects are occuring stronger than ever.I have been massively depressed and have even had suicidal thoughts.I feel extremely naseous and have not been able to eat anything all day because my stomach feels so sore. The weight loss is not worth it.I feel like I'm an inch away from the ER.

He got home from school after having taken two capsules at lunch and was very ill. His heart was beating at a rate of 170 bpm. I had to take him to be treated in the emergency room. This is a very dangerous drug. Someone may take this drug without being aware that they have an underlying condition that puts them at risk for a stroke or cardiac arrest... even a young, healthy appearing person. You are asking for trouble when you take high potency caffeine pills that constrict your blood vessels and cause your heart to race.

I was a little bit afraid to take this product after reading some of the bad reviews. But, me being my stupid self, I took some. Two before breakfast and two before lunch. At about five o'clock, I got the most horrible feeling. My entire body went numb and everything I heard sounded distant. It felt like I was hovering between conciousness and unconciousness. It was the worst feeling I've ever had in my life! So we had to go to the ER and they said I overdosed on caffine. They had to hook me up to a heart monitor & pump a liter of fluid into me through an IV. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT! I made me waste 6 hours in the emergency room and it gave me the worst feeling in the world. I am still feeling this horrible numbing sensation every now and then, and this happened yesterday. I highly reccomend NOT buying this product.

Well, I just started the product this week. I've read some horrible reviews, as well as some great ones. What people forget is that each person is different and will react differently to all diet suppliments. I have a high tolerance for caffeine, but I still started out my first two days taking one pill before breakfast, and one before lunch. I did notice some increased sweating and sexual desire (which my boyfriend didn't mind), and I also noticed a need to take a trip to the bathroom more often. This morning I took two pills before breakfast and feel a little on the jittery side, but nothing like some other reviewers have described. I plan to take one more pill before lunch, and continue this route until I reach my weight-loss goals (15-20lbs). My advise is to just think before taking Zantrax 3... and ease into the dosage!!!
