Zumba is a must try product for people who hate aerobics. It is so much fun! In the advanced tape i can stay in my target heart rate zone for about 53 min of the entire 58min tape. It is an awesome workout and i recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great time while getting in shape.

ZUMBA has some fantastic music (hint...I'll buy the CD if it comes out) and really gets me moving even after a long day at work.  It really doesn't feel like exercise, even though your heart's pounding and you're sweating like never before.  It's a LOT of fun, but it takes a few viewings to get the steps due to the lack of verbal cues from the instructors.  As one reviewer already pointed out, more stretching is needed than the 5 seconds alotted for each muscle in the videos.   Stretch/warm-up a little beforehand.

I tried beginner's first and it was awesome. I was so pumped up that I did the advanced right after. I loved it! For me it only took a couple of tries to get it right. The music is awesome and keeps you going. I love that it is not just one 30 min long session like other aerobic tapes. It is broken down into each song. You get through one, then another, and another, are done and are like wow! where did the time go? They really look like they are having fun too, and I love that. My 4 yr old loves to watch and she tries to do it with me. It is the most fun thing I have ever done fitnesswise. I hope so much that there will be more tapes because I would buy them all! And please let there be a cd because I would listen to it all the time. The music is so upbeat and cool. It just makes you want to move. I also love the euphoric feeling of dancing your rear off, sweat pouring off of you, and still feeling energetic enough that you want more. Oh yeah! I love these tapes.

I don't really like to excercise, I have tried different workouts but after 3 days i give up because they are boring. But with Zumba is a whole different story. You don't feel is a workout, because the musica and the moves are so great that instead of you thinking "Is time  to excersice, you think is time to dance and party, when the workout is over I feel like doing  the work out twice, it is so much fun. With this video you can also learn how to dance some salsa, merengue, belly dancing, etc. And they include a video where they show you all the moves step by step.

I enjoyed the workouts of Zumba.  I have only been trying it for about 4 days, and already I love it!  I feel great while and after I am working out.  It is so cool to be able to learn hot moves and actually feel the burn.   I got the video mostly to work my stomach but already I feel and see results all over! I would recommand this video to anyone who wishes to work out and have fun.   Thank you.

Let's look at what Zumba is and is not. Zumba has fun music and some creative dance steps which many people will enjoy. Anything that gets people up and moving is great! But Zumba is not taught to the participants - the steps are merely shown.  Either you catch on or you don't.  Beto is NOT a fitness expert and for those who want any cues or fitness info they should look elsewhere. There are several other excellent Latin dance fitness tapes available which feature great cueing, upbeat music, fun moves and dynamic instruction.

I purchased the zumba video a couple of weeks ago.  I was skeptical at first because I usually buy a lot of videos and then get really bored with them. Zumba is really a lot of fun. I look forward to doing it every day. My 14 year old daughter does it with me and we have so much fun together. I am already seeing an improvement in the way I look and feel.

I LOVE Zumba!  The music is great, and the moves are hot, Beto and his gang are awesome...and it's just so much fun!  I had been feverishly going through workout tapes and I dropped each after a week, because they were so boring.  I saw the infomercial for Zumba, and had someone order it for me (go figure I'm 13 so I guess I can't order stuff of the phone yet), and I love it!  It's been a few days, and it could just be my eyes playing tricks on me, but I think I'm looking a bit toner!  I've heard complaints about Beto's (oh by the way, Beto you are DA MAN!) cueing and his English and how he doesn't inform you what he's gonna do next...well GET OVER IT!!!  Don't just give up, because the more you do the video, believe me, you'll know what's coming next!  If there are anymore Zumba videos/DVDs coming out, I will most definitly buy them!

This product is one of a kind. It really gets you up and moving. It makes you feel great afterwards and it's not like those regular aerobic work outs I agree with every one else they need to release a CD for on the go exercise. What I like about ZUMBA Beto does not take hours explaining how to do the work out like others. It focuses on doing the work out in the time aloud. It's not like these other videos that you get tired of hearing. "Breath in and out again" 'now your left' 'now your right'. I know what's next after doing it 3 times a week.
